Halo HeadbandSweatband Sport Visor

I'm currently in an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Academy and I live in Virginia Beach. It's currently summer 2024, and my worry was 1.) I wear glasses and getting sweat in my eyes or dripping on my glasses is a real problem 2.) The sun really comes at bad angles in the morning and late afternoon and is literally BLINDING! So, I wanted a sun visor, and I was looking and somehow came across HALO products. I was hesitant because they were more expensive than just a regular sun visor, but I read the reviews and got one. First of all, the material is heavenly! It is SO SOFT! There is a yellow rubber seam (or band) that goes around the inner front part of the visor and that is what is against your skin (along with the material obviously) but that band is what makes this visor work!! I ended up getting ANOTHER visor AND a headband (the white one with the skulls) and they are all exactly what I needed!! The sun visor is the perfect length, not obnoxiously jutting out over my face, it's just right and blocks out the sun but doesn't block my line of sight. It's dark blue just like our EMT uniform pants so it's not an obnoxious color (it's quite professional looking!) The material soaks up the sweat that the band is keeping from running into my eyes and I'm honestly blown away by how well this works! It just keeps soaking up the sweat and you can't even "ring it out", it holds sweat for HOURS and I live in Virginia Beach and the heat/humidity this summer (2024) has been unbearable! As a future EMT, I need something that will 1.) Stay in place 2.) Keep the sweat out of my eyes 3.) LEAVE ME HANDS FREE TO PERFORM MY DUTIES! American made company and as a Marine Corps veteran I support American companies whenever I can. I highly, HIGHLY recommend trying any headgear from HALO. This visor is adjustable (it has velcro) and never slips, velcro stays put and at the same time the strap is still kinda stretchy. I've run it through the washer and dryer several times and still looks/acts brand new every time. They thought of everything! Great visor and outstanding company! Highly recommend! (sorry for the long review, I can't say enough good things about how this (quite literally!) is a lifesaver and great product. ERRRRAH!

I bought one for myself thinking I just wanted the sun out of eyes while on the court playing. I was impressed with how comfortable, dry and easy to clean it was after each use. The sweat guard band (or whatever the technical term is for it) is super comfortable and does a perfect job keeping sweat from dipping down my forehead and into my eyes. Love the cap so much I bought another for wife.

I like it alot! The bill isn’t too long like most visors. The black inside liner is genius so you don’t stain it with your makeup.

Really like this visor - the visor is the perfect size and not oversized like many I’ve seen. It is perfect to wear while playing golf.

This visor is very comfortable and light weight, however the sweat it absorbs causes the black fabric on the underside of the bill to bleed into the white top portion of the bill which makes the visor look bad. I've tried using spot remover and hand scrubbing, but having to do this after every time I wear is inconvenient and frustrating.

The visor works as advertised: It keeps sweat out of your eyes and wicks it towards the rear.The product listing here says “Made in the USA”, but the visor has a rage on it that clearly indicates it is made in China.I was under the impression that the high price was due to being a hand-made American product, but it is over-priced for a mass-produced Chinese product.

Ich habe mir das Stirnband mit Schirm gekauft, da ich bei Beachvolleyball gegen die volle Sonne und den Schweiß ankämpfe.Bin bisher nach dreimaligem Einsatz sehr zufrieden.Da ich keine Haare habe, lief mir der Schweiß direkt in die Augen und auf die Sonnenbrille.Das passiert jetzt nicht mehr oder kaum und der Schirm verbessert zusätzlich die Sicht bei praller Sonne, auch wenn man schon eine Sonnenbrille trägt.Hinten ist die Kappe mit Gummizug und Klett stufenlos verstellbar. Ich wasche die Kappe mit Hand.

The SweatSeal will keep perspiration away from the eyes. Just remember not to leave the product in the car all the time. The seal on my first visor came off because of that, I think. But I still wear it for light activities. Got a 2nd headband after that. Needed sun shield and so, got this 3rd Halo visor. Highly recommended if you are fed up with perspiration stinging your eyes!
