E&B labs have done their homework. This filter makes a noticeable difference. Essentially the Moka Pot has not changed much since it was first introduced. That alone shows the beauty of the design. Please understand that the end product is Moka and not Espresso. This doesn’t raise the pressure to the “magic” 9 bars. BTW the first espresso machines didn’t either; but that’s a discussion for another day. It doesn’t fill your cup with lots of “crema.” But it does provide better, more consistent, extraction.

Permette di ottenere un’estrazione molto più pulita rispetto a quella che si ottiene con il filtro normalmente in dotazione. Un po’ di posa rimane comunque, ma è estremamente fine, quasi impercettibile.

Producto bien acabado de buena calidad. Consigue su función por una mejor filtración gracias a su tamaño de orificios. No es barato pero al final se amortiza por el ahorro de filtros de papel para conseguir los mismos resultados. muy recomendable.

Mit diesem Sieb gelingt der Schaum jedes Mal mit der Brikka 2 2018. Vorher, mit dem normalen Sieb gelang es in 2 von 3 Fällen und der Schaum war nicht immer gleich viel.

This will make your Moka coffee so much smoother and minimise any bitterness. Perfect fit on the 6 cup Bialetti (aluminium), no rubber taste and strangely so much easier to rinse. Down side, I'll have to buy a few more for my 3 cup collection, and so I wish they were a little cheaper, but there is no doubt about the quality of the finish.
