Generic 5 oz. Red Freeze Dried cinnamon hot candy. Lava Rocks.

I have purchased several different freeze-dried candies in the past so understand what they are. While the flavor on these are amazing and yes addictive, the bag that I received was half powder, and very few actually eatable candies.

Sadly the bag is 5 ounces of air, not product and what product is in the bag is crumbs and dust. Very disappointing especially for the very very high price they charge. $6 would be a good price for this ,even if it was not dust and crumbs, 15$ is to high, but 15$ is way way to high for what you get. Other companies charge way less $ for more product, such as $11 for 10 ounces.. 15$ for 5 ounces is high and you pay it because you really want the item and then beyond sad because its not what you ordered . And you can NOT get a refund or a replacement bag, as refunds,exchange, replacements are not allowed. Maybe if they fixed the issue of air,crumbs,dust, lowered the price and allowed replacements it would be better. Sorry. These are my all time favorite candies and I would love to keep buying from this small business but I can't at that price for air and dust. I would gladly pay that price again, had it been product not air and dust. :(Update = I see others have the same complaints and seems someone removes reviews

The worst packaging I’ve ever seen the bottom isn’t even opened up like it’s supposed to be! This picture is very misleading, I got two smashed together packs and a bunch of red dust like stuff with super hard pieces that will chip your tooth!
