Bought one for my son to use at work. He's technical director for a 1500-seat theater at a state university and uses it to stream music from his phone through the theaters PA system while moving around the theater and stage, and it sounds great!

I wanted a Bluetooth transmitter from my turntable so that I could bypass my speakers if need be (to spare my downstairs neighbor in our very old apartment building). While the sound is pretty good--analogue sounds nice even over Bluetooth--it keeps dropping the connection to my Airpod Pros and headphones. The headphones, to be fair, are fairly cheap, and the Airpods are the first generation (from 2019). But I can't see myself investing in newer Airpods just to see if they work better. The dropouts are sometimes brief, sometimes long-lasting, and they don't seem to have anything to do with how close I am to the device. Sadly, I'm returning it.

Great Sound Quality - Tricky initial pairing setup with the multi function power & device pairing setup selection button - double press to select the device to pair to - press and hold to power on - press and continue to hold even after the message appears to pair and a message that it is shutting down will appear, then release. The directions were not complete; however, after the initial setup, the superior sound quality with no noticeable distortion on Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones was well worth the initial puzzlement - sounds as good as my Bose Sound Bar without disturbing anyone, and there is no need to turn up the volume to drown out background noise. I highly recommend all three of these items!
