Overall the case is made nicely and the magnet fastening is strong and long. The idea of the bag is also appealing. The customer service is excellent if you need any help. Lovely case and very well made and laid out.

Likes:Colour very pleasant.Build quality is first class, forget real leather cases, every one of those I tried on my last four handsets failed where the spine cracked like an excessively worn book.The synthetic leather used in the construction of this case is a good quality one, no wrinkles, no cracks and looking very premium.The card & banknote storage in this case are well thought out and, unlike some cases, stuffing four cards, two £5 notes and two £10 notes into their slots didn't cause any issues with closing the zip or fastening the cover to the handset.Best of all, and frequently a cause of annoyance with wallet cases, the cutout for the cameras doesn't cause any occlusion to any of the S23 Ultra's camera lenses, so no need to remove the case to get decent image quality at either end of the handset's vast range of focal lengths.S23 Ultra + this case = perfect combination.Dislikes:Really? Case is great only issue is that when it's full its gets top heavy and the phone part came off - have returned for a new one - definitely one of the better cases I've bought - wanted it mainly so I could hang it around my neck and that part works great

I've been using another non-Samsung wallet/case with lanyard for my S23 Ultra and it's been great but one drawback was it can only hold a couple of cards - useful for emergencies. However I wanted one which could hold more plus cash and coins and this one fits the bill perfectly. It wasn't too expensive, and comes in a good choice of colours - more importantly in my signature blush pink! And it also arrived the next day. Love it!

Just received and I love this case! A lovely, suede, kind of feel to it - it's not bulky, but my credit cards, notes and some small change can all be accommodated in one small place. No need to carry a handbag now, plus I have the security of knowing if I accidentally drop my phone while taking photos it isn't going anywhere. All lenses on the S24 Ultra are unobstructed by the case and I like that the phone is contained fully within the wallet, rather than the screen resting against the body as with some other cross body holders. I can definitely recommend and will probably buy another in a different colour too.

I love the strap and function, however, the rivets came off in the first week and the card holders dont hold well, so my card fall out. Corner is peeling away from the plastic phone holder.

I was in Key West and attempted to take a selfie of us driving down the road in our rental convertible. Yep, the wind snatched my phone from my hand and it went flying, bouncing on the road behind us. As soon as I got home I started looking for a different phone case and found this one with a wrist strap! I bought it immediately! That was 8 years ago. Since then, I have always used a phone wallet with the wrist strap. It keeps my phone secure no matter where I am. I took a picture looking over the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa without worrying about dropping my phone. I also shop here at home without having to keep my hands on my phone. It also holds my license and credit card. I am going to Italy next week and am glad to have this new case! I have been using cases with wrist straps for 8 years, but the shoulder strap is a BIG bonus! I don't have to worry about any pickpockets snatching my phone! Now I am hands free to explore!!
