It's not very powerful, useful for light duty -- meaning dust and other stuff that you would normally just wipe up with a damp cloth. I just used it to vacuum the trunk of my car, which had a bunch of fine gravel pieces in it, leftover sediment from a couple of flat concrete pavers I had picked up from Lowes. It got the job done (eventually), but took about 15 minutes to pick up 90% of the particles, whereas I could have done the job better in under 5 minutes with my regular household vacuum cleaner.Price-wise, I think this is overpriced at $30 or thereabouts. A few years ago, I picked up an equivalent Dust Buster at Home Depot for $15. It only lasted a year or two, though, and this other vacuum includes a couple of attachments that the Dust Buster didn't have. I think $20 is probably a fair price.

Not a great purchase, wouldn't advise buying it. Very wimpy suction, yes it will pick up loose dog hair, but not a small redwood chip or tiny pebble off a smooth piece of canvas. Doubt you could get much out of carpet except newly deposited items. But it's almost worth the cost for the laughs when you read in the instruction sheet! "#7) When the machine is lying idle in the car, please use glue to fix the vacuum cleaner, so as to avoid the traffic. The winnowing machine will turn the vacuum cleaner by itself." #8) Stop using the inside of the vacuum cleaner immediately. #9) Please stay away from children to avoid danger. Please do not dismantle the machine without authorization. Warranty. & #10) The vacuum cleaner is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun. It is strictly forbidden to use the vacuum cleaner during summer and winter. The dust is placed outside or in the car. - Want it now! But for the price what would you expect? It's doing the job of picking up white loose dog hair off my canvasback liner so since I've already used it to check it out I might not go to the trouble and expense of returning it.

This vacuum is incredible. We live in an airstream with a golden retriever who constantly sheds and tracks in crazy amounts of dirt and leaves. This makes quick work of it all. On hard surfaces it sucks debris up quickly, on cloth or carpet the carpet attachment is a dream for loosening up the hair and sucking it right up. This place only looks this clean after sweeping and mopping and that takes so much more time and space. It is so compact it's replacing my dustpan and broom! The cordless feature is life changing!!! If you're hesitating on this vac, don't!

I am very pleased with my little vacuum. I bought it to clean out my car and it did a fine job, although I wish it had a little more suction. I have used it for numerous jobs around the house and have been very pleased.

I think the suction is too weak and the battery life is ridiculously short. I charge it sometimes overnight and the next day, I am able to use it for only a short time (barely vacuum my entire car). The suction part comes off easy while vacuuming. But it was inexpensive and the fact that it is still working is great. But for those who are looking for good suction, this one is not for you.

Not the best vacuum one could buy. The plasticis a little ill fitting and it can come apart easily causing a big mess. Cute color though.

think I got a used one..filter was little discolored and some of the packaged contents a and wrapping looked disturbed
