I feel like this is actually helping me with my neck pain. I received this Saturday, and today is Wednesday. I have used this at a half dozen times already. I really like this and feel it is also helping me sleep better at night. I gave it four stars because the instructions are quite clear, how to attach it to the door.

This product has helped me tremendously.I suffer from severe migraines and tension headaches. I have noticed that my pain has decreased substantially since using this product. I use it before bed and feel more relaxed, fall asleep faster and sleep better throughout the night with no pain. I even like to add a few drops of my fav essential oils directly to the neck rest, which makes for a holistic, aromatherapy bedtime routine. The product provides outstanding comfort and luxurious quality. I love the bonus travel case that comes with it which makes it easy to take on trips. Enthusiastically recommended!

Just not comfortable and it's not easy to hook up and use. Better have a low hanging door or something that you can hook to.If you have neck issues I'd suggest talking to doctor before using

Does an ok job for money spent. Doesn’t work nearly as well as a real traction machine.

I cannot get this to work for me at all. It seems as though the “hammock” part is made for a head that is about twice the size of mine. There is a place where your ears are suppose to fit and there is no way I can even stuff washcloths or anything under my head to take up the slack and make it work. It just does not work for me, but the idea of it is most certainly great. Just need to figure out the concept of manufacturing it to fit all that order the product.
