I love these warming patches. They stick so well and get nice and warm. They’re perfect for soothing my sore neck and for keeping warm on a chilly day. Definitely worth the buy!

I love these SunnyBay heat patches! I got these to help with the pain in my lower back, knee and neck. It's not fun getting older, but these definitely help me feel a lot more like my younger self because they help alleviate the pain. I also don't like taking medication etc... Instead, I prefer using natural remedies. So, these are absolutely perfect for me.They're very easy to use. I simply peeled off the stickers and stuck it to my shirt. The heat lasted a long time and I could go about my tasks around my home while my lower back was getting some much needed relief from the patches. In fact, I honestly forgot I was wearing it and was wondering why I was burning up. I thought I was having hot flashes or I was going through menopause lol. That's how light weight and extremely comfortable they are.I'm grateful that I found these and highly recommend!

I have a lot of back pain and have bought various heat patches to try to alleviate some of that pain. I think these are good for smaller areas, like maybe the top of a shoulder or other small area. They are not good for hips and back. They don’t stick well and it takes multiple patches to try to cover a larger area. They do provide warmth, but I won’t be buying again

I tried these as soon as they arrived. I was impressed how the adhesive directly on the skin didn’t show to have any discomfort. With that being said, it didn’t get too hot either. I will say these are better used up and moving around vs. leaning back on something if you are using on your back. The patches may get too hot if no air can circulate. Other than that, I love this product! I have sensitive skin so I was hesitant but glad I tried them out! The adhesive didn’t irritate my skin. I suppose if it did I would just use it on my clothes instead. But this is great if you’re having arm or shoulder pain where you can put the patch directly on the spot that hurts for a snug fit.

These pads didn’t get very warm and did not stay warm for very long. Extremely disappointed and won’t buy them again.

These heat patches are awesome! They stay on really well but they’re easy to take off when you’re ready. They aren’t too sticky on the skin and the heat patches do not get overwhelmingly hot. They stay nice and warm for a really long time. 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted to relieve pain, like Thermacare does, but these never really warm up enough to do that, and when removing it hurts my skin - I am still waiting for skin to return to normal after a month

I liked the smaller size as fits my knee better than CVS or Walgreen patches. Heat stays for hours and may actually be a bit too hot as I end up removing after a few hours. Very happy with the product.
