Excellent lock
My daughter bought this lock first and convinced me I needed one too. Very easy to install, the smart lock app is easy to download and use. Eunice was very helpful in getting me connected to the gateway. The problem was all ME…I wasn’t using 2.4 GHz wifi. Immediately connected when I made the change!

This deadbolt is really nice
This deadbolt works great and if your like me and not to good on connecting it to your phone the customer service is great and will get you up and going quickly.. thanks again for your help we love it

Decent value for price
In hindsight I would have purchased a more expensive smart lock because this one is just a wonky - the deadbolt does not push itself very far out and seems light. Pretty easy to install though

I love these locks, except…
I love everything about these locks, except for one thing which I feel is a MAJOR thing. They are easy to install, easy to program, and the app is very user-friendly. I love how you can set so many temporary codes and fingerprints. It has made life at our Airbnb so lovely! The one thing, that could be my issue, is that unless I am within range of the lock itself and it is “awake” I cannot use the app to do anything. So, if we are out of town and I were to get a booking, I cannot program a temporary code because the lock is not awake and I am not within range of the lock to set a temporary code for the guest. They would have no way of getting in and I would lose a booking. This is a major flaw. Quite possibly my own flaw if this is a setting that I just haven’t found yet.

Take some time to install but worth it
Come with nice packaging. Looks made by good materials. The app is easy to download and works pretty well. Installment take some time cause I need remove the old one I had. But worth it. I can open and close my door remotely.

Bluetooth/Wifi Smart Deadbolt Lock
Got this lock to replace an older keyless lock. We wanted to be able to control remotely and see status of lock while away from home. In addition, it tracks events with the lock so can tell when kids are unlocking it to enter the house. It installed easily in existing holes for older lock and Bluetooth worked quickly. Issues with WiFi prompted me to contact the help desk. The Helpdesk tech (Eunice) responded quickly via Messages and got it squared away and working promptly. I give a positive rating for the support and I would recommend this lock.

This smart lock is really stupid. SmartLife-App found the lock and Bluetooth gateway out of the Box. Even in the same room, the gateway will not connect via my iPhone. DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK IF YOU WANT TO OPEN YOUR MORE THAN ONCE
