Damaged both times
I really like this product, it feels practical and sturdy - it has handles both ends, big wheels, wheel brakes and a canopy - everything I wanted for a wagon for tires kids, but both order came with damage on the same part - the rubber covering of the handles was torn twice. So annoying because I want to use it but don’t want a defective product. Should I bother recording for a third time or just return and buy a different one…
