Perfect for my backpacking trip.

The carabiner lock actually does not lock in place. It is always loose and rattles. The problem is solved easily by removing the carabiner lock. Nice and quiet that way. The carabiner lock is therefore dysfunctional and a waste of material. Besides that 12 oz is pretty small for a cup. Nothing like my mugs I use to drink tea and coffee at home. If they made a 16 oz camp mug it would be better. I don’t plan to return it. It will do the job.

This is what my husband wanted, but its not 13.5oz. It's more like 10oz.

Huge disappointment, heat transfers right through the cup. I put hot water from the sink in it and the cup was almost immediately to hot to hold onto the outside of. The caribbean handle is extremely cheap the lock on it is completely useless if you tighten to far it just goes overtop and past the threads but when you have it in the middle where it needs yo be it's so loose with a little movement it loosens right up making the entire point of the cup useless. At best this is a novelty item.

Basic cup but the locking screw on the carabiner is very loose and does not stop. It will easily loosen itself with any movement and slip past the threads.
