Nearly as bright as the older type.
We are trying to go over to LEDs as they are more cost-effective. These are very nearly as bright, but cost a lot less to run, there is not the heat either so no discolouration to fixings, the older type bulbs with their heat makes the plastic/Bakelite become brittle and have to be replaced, so a win win.

Delivery time was excellent. Performance-wise, I have not yet tried the bulbs but I guess they'll be OK.
