Missing part
I purchased 3 Sanos Stand 100 and was really excited to set it up, but unfortunately, it arrived with 2 missing part. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality control. It’s frustrating to spend time and money on something only to find it incomplete.Don't buy this product!

Good product BAD instructions
The product is good but the instructions are awful. Here's what to look out for.1. Choose whether you want rubber base or carpet spikes and install them first.2. Run you sonos AC cables through the holes in the tube and the base BEFORE you connect the base and tube together, otherwise the electrical plug will not fit through the base.3. Careful for your fingers when installing the collars... (ow)

Extremely poor customer service
Sanus shipped a product with a missing part and then failed to do anything to correct the issue. They simply stopped responding. Sanus refused to ship the missing part and then failed to offer an acceptable solution since I live in South America even though the original item was shipped directly to my South American location. Thankfully, Amazon did a great job but if you expect Sanus to back their products then forget about it.

An excellent product!
Very cleverly designed and well manufactured product. Easy to assemble. Fits the ERA100 like a glove. Sturdy and stable.
