I bought 2 pairs, niether work
I purchased 2 for my kitchen and neither work. The lock doesn't catch when trying to unlock. I spent over an hour trying to open my door without damaging the frame. I took a while to install them and unfortunately lost the window for returns. Sufficed to say, they will be going in the trash.

Going down into my basement there's a door that probably due to my own habits like hanging bags from the knob and using over the door hangers, the door has gotten stuck a few times, locked once even though I don't lock it and doesn't always latch shut. So wanted to replace it since it always and only has issues at the very worst times plus I'll refrain from hanging things from it because of the style. Luckily it fit fine- I was worried because the door closes where the wall for the staircase is and wasn't sure after it came that it would work. Install was super easy. I'd practiced removing the original one when I had to take it apart to get it open so that was easy enough. Putting this one in was no harder than any other non deadbolt knob, so pretty easy. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. It latches fine, opens and closes good and the best thing is you can use a coin or screwdriver to simply turn the little thing when or if it gets accidentally locked. I put it on so as to do that from the upstairs rather than coming up then obviously the regular handle is on the inside coming up so won't have any issues getting locked out either way. Super happy with it. It looks alot nicer than the old one also. A real upgrade.
