Works well so far, we had a handheld electric one but the kid did not like the noise coming from it. This one is quite loud as well, but because it's hooked up to a silicon tubing it can be placed further away. The chamber is also quite large and is easier to clean.Operation is simple and can be operated without looking at the manual. You hold the power button down for 2 second to power on/off, once it's powered on the power button will turn on/off the suction. "-" and "+" buttons adjusts the suction level, there are 9 different levels, with 9 being quite strong. The light bulb button turns on the light there is three levels, and the light is a very cool somewhat bluish white color. The music button also turns on the music, there is three levels as well and once you cycle through the three volumes to off, powering it back on starts a different song.The light doesn't seem to distract our kid, the music maybe helps but hard to tell with a squirming kid. The tubing can also get in the way and can be grabbed and yanked. The base unit however is quite heavy. The nose tips can also be quite large but the handheld one we had is also same size.

The nasal aspirator, Light and sound machine is a must have. I like knowing that it is here if I need it. I got this for an emergency backup for baby squirrels and opossums. I also do rescue after storms and hurricanes and baby squirrels can aspirate quite easily and if see any bubbles I can use this machine to get the fluids out of their nose quickly before it gets to their lungs. The suction is quite strong and will work quickly and you have 9 different settings to use depending on what it is used for. I am thankful for this nasal aspirator and it gives me peace of mind that if any thing happens I am able to help. Another great use for this machine is if a bug fly’s in the ear, it happened to me just a few months ago and I really wished I had this at that time. It would have pulled it out quickly. The music function is as loud as the hum of the machine and will calm and sooth a baby, it is a collection of old classical tunes. I really recommend highly for baby or wild life rescue.

Absolutely love this thing!! I have the handheld wireless aspirated, which works well, but this one does even better!! You can definitely tell the difference with this hospital grade suction! The other one did the job well, but this bad boy does it more efficiently and more quickly. I use a bit of saline spray in each nostril to make it a bit easier for everything to come put, put the tip in and everything sucked right out so quickly. There are 9 levels of suction and I have never had to go past level 5. When you first turn it on, it’s already on level 3 and generally, I don’t have to increase any further than that but occasionally if a boogey is being more stubborn, I’ll increase to 5. Clean up is simple! The part come apart easily and are big enough to be a belt to clean off really easy with soap and water. No super difficult small parts making it impossible to clean. This is definitely on my list for baby shower must haves from now on. Can’t go wrong

The media could not be loaded.  Two of my grandchildren came down with nasty colds and the youngest is under one years old so aspiration is necessary in my opinion. This nasal aspirator in particular is incredible! It’s literally amazing. It got right in there and got all of the mucus out and it also gets the mucus inside the nose walls which is also important. He cleared up in two days because he was getting it out and not keeping the mucus in making the congestion last longer. This rechargeable aspiration machine blows my mind how excellent it works. What you will get is the aspiration machine, a 33” rubber hose, a nasal collector and three different size rubber tips. This is a high quality machine and it also plays lullabies and has a light. The lullabies can go from 1-3 in volume, the light has high and low settings and the aspirator machine goes from 1-9 in suction and you also get a charger. Depending on how much congestion leads to how much power you use. 9 is a super hard suction. It will take around 3 hours to get it to a full charge. The three rubber tips or nozzles have a conical tip, flat tip and a angled tip. The conical tip is for ages 1-2 years old and the flat tip and angled tips are for any age. This is an FDA approved nasal aspirator which makes me feel very comfortable using this machine. All of it is washable as well which is great. Just don’t submerge your actual machine in water but cleaning it with a wet rag is fine. The display is very bright which I really like also. I like everything about this aspiration machine and I absolutely 100% recommend this one! I love it and I am so happy when the kids get almost instant relief.
