My little one is 21 months but wears 3T. I saw in the reviews to order one size up so I went with a 4T. It fits very well but I think we could have gone with a 3T. The top is very stretchy. The straps are adjustable which helps with the length.

Caution with size
Really good looking dress. Sizing is a problem. Had to exchange a size 6 month for a size 12 months for my 6 month old girl. Thought she would grow into it, but even then the size 12 fits only slightly large. She should be growing into it within the next 4-6 weeks.

I love this dress. My daughter wears a 2T, I bought a 3T so its a little big for her. I love the print. Brightly colored beautiful detailed prints. I will buy her another one in a different color.
