Love the size and compartments

The zipper separated and will not close after 2 months of normal use. I am unable to get a refund since it is past the window but I believe in a case of quality of product I should have more than 30 days for a refund. They suggested going to their site and contacting them that way which I did with pictures but I have not heard anything back. Very disappointed.
