I Forgot There Are Four Babies
The media could not be loaded. I always think it's fun to watch something vacuum packed come 'to life' when the package is opened. So, I filmed this and I've gotta tell you: for a few moments I felt like a kid again, fully in imagination and midwife to Mama Octopus. One baby...two babies...three babies, and I thought I was done and stopped the video. (Did you notice Pink Baby Octopus was almost a breech birth? With eight legs! Poor M.O.!)A few minutes later when I was massaging M.O.'s head I realized something wasn't quite right and then I remembered. FOUR babies! I am 58 years old, but when I saw that little golden orange octopus baby, I was a seven year old again, believing in magic and everything good is possible.

Our daughter loved the mamma octopus and her little babies. The package arrived in a small flat envelope. I thought how did they get the toy in there. Maybe I got ripped off? It was vacuum sealed so small, very good way to ship! It blew up big when we opened it. Then I thought where are the little baby octopus? Are they missing? But we found a zipper on the back of the mamma. And all the little babies were safe inside! This is so nice and well made. So clever having a place to store the babies inside of the mamma. The tentacles are all curled and stretch and bounced back, so cute. The face is smiling and it is a pretty pink that girls will love. And it was delivered in one day! This is one of the best stuffed toys I have ever gotten. Highly recommend!
