Not quite what I was expecting. I thought they'd be brighter, and the color was lighter than expected. Unfortunately, it stayed on constantly in my car, so I couldn't use it for what I was wanting. I ended up not using them, but they did seem like good quality, and they'd likely be great for someone else with a different vehicle.

There are just two tiny LEDs in one of these, something that isn't apparent from the listing pictures. They're not very bright but do turn a female USB-A socket into an accent light or a mini-nightlight. They work fine on USB chargers but they draw such little power that all the battery banks I tried them on turned off. An interesting feature about this is once the power bank turned off the 2 tiny LEDs can be seen to pulse very very faintly... probably the power bank checking if anything is connected.

I wasn't expecting much, for 7 of these little USB LED lights at this price point, but I was still disappointed at how little light they produce. My family sleeps when we're traveling at night in the car, so my hope was to plug 1 or 2 of these in for ambient lighting on the center console. Each USB only has 2 tiny LEDs so you have to be in almost complete darkness for these to be effective at all. These are more of a novelty and I'll most likely just give them to my Son to incorporate into one of his 3D print projects.

I use these in around my house in usb ports that are built into wall outlets or in small extra USB bricks I have. They are very low light and make great night lights with just enough brightness for me to get around in the dark.

These clever little lights are really handy for adding a bit of ambience. Stick one in the car’s USB adapter and voila, you’ve got a handy low-brightness light to look for your dropped lipstick or french fry. Stick one on the back of your gaming PC and now your rig looks way cool.I’d really love if they were dimmable but that’s more expense and interface in a tiny form factor so I’m asking too much.

I'm not sure how many cars have USB ports lining the floor- I have a brand new vehicle, USB ports everywhere, but none on the floor. Nevertheless, I love these things. The purple is that eye-evading purple that seems hard to look at effectively. The intensity is just right for a low-level glow. Random purple lights everywhere!

I thought that for under a buck a piece I could add some lighting to the back of my computer to be able to see a little better. It's OK, and does the job sort of, but really I'm left wondering what to do with all of these.
