Pretty rug
This is a very pretty rug with a nice plush feel. My only complaint is that the edges ripple and were not easy to flatten. It seemed like it was woven too tight on one side. I used a hair dryer to get it warm, then put flat weights on it overnight to get it flat. Then the ripple came back a week or so later but not as bad. Will have to do the dryer-weight trick more in hopes it will lay flat.

Very nice
I would like to see less white in the rug but the picture shows the white so I can't deduct for that. The rug is rolled super tight and should be rolled onto a tube.Here is what I did to the tight end to get it to lie flat-- I laid the carpet out and on the tight end I rolled in the opposite direction and left it that way for a half hour to an hour (the floor actually prevented it from unrolling) then when I straightened it out the end laid flat like it should.It seems to be a well made carpet, you can't see the backing through the fibers and the fibers are somewhat short so animal claws aren't going to catch on it. The carpet has a nice soft feel to it also.The coloring isn't like it is shown on the computer screen but that is OK.

It is not as pretty as another rug I ordered in the same color. But it will do.

Damaged rug.
My rug was delivered with a rip on one of the edges. I want a refund or partial refund because the rug is a beautiful rug and I would like to keep it. (02/14) - this is another updated review regarding Carpet King's customer service representative, Mark. Mark follow-up with my concerns immediately. I truly want to "Thank" him for the outstanding customer services. Mark informed me that I will get a discount for the damage on the rug. He apologized as well as explained how this could have happen due to the machine that makes their rugs. Thank you Mark and Carpet King. I will concern purchasing more rugs in the nearby future.

Beautiful rug! Traditional hunter green Americana
Beautiful rug! Very rich colors. Exactly what we were looking for. Fits nicely in our study. Great seller A+They shipped it out immediately with Fedex. FEDEX was our ONLY problem. We were notified on 3 separate days that the rug was out for delivery yet was NOT delivered. We made a complaint to the seller and the rug was delivered the very next day. Thank you to the seller! FEDEX is the worst!

The media could not be loaded. Love the rich colors!. It’s an octagon shape, our round dinning room table and chairs, fit under it perfectly! Love it!!! You will too!
