These are excellent. I was able to try them out at the perfect time, too - as I'm getting over a head cold with congestion, although these can be used anytime at all not just when congested. Based on the quality of these I would purchase other items from this brand.I've used name brand types of these before, and honestly these are far superior for several reasons:1) Plenty of aromatic menthol vapor scent - this powered up my shower with a strong - but at the same time not overpowering - vapor that was a game changer for clearing my congestion. MUCH more aroma and a stronger scent than name brands I've used.2) Larger discs - disc lasted and gave off scent for all of my shower, and the vapor scent lingered for awhile afterwards, too.3) The whole bathroom smelled wonderful - the remaining scent was very fresh.4) Individually wrapped in styled packaging - Giftable (part of a little get well package, stocking stuffer for young adults/college age, etc). These are nice to leave out for house guests to use - I always set out some toiletries in a basket and these work well for that.5) Nice anytime - even when not congested! Very therapeutic scent.

Don't put these in the direct water stream because they will dissolve instantly. Off to the side where water can reach it but doesn't hit it is going to give you a good four or five minutes of rejuvenating menthol steam.I think the strength is actually good. I have tried other steamers that are too minty and I feel like my eyes are burning. This is enough for a quick but pleasant and relaxing shower.

Wasn't feeling great so I threw one of these in the shower with me. Made me feel so much better. Really enjoyed the smell. Will re-purchase in the future. Great for giving as a gift also!

I felt like it was a mini spa. It’s a great way to change up your normal shower and helps with clearing up the sinuses, especially with the constant colds of winter. I really like how they are packaged. It makes it really easy to include them as gifts or stocking stuffers.

I think these are good idea and a descent product. I am rating 4 stars even though my experience has been around 3 stars. Here's why. I have a smaller shower (about 4'x4') and so the shower does not have an area of water stream that is not away from the falling water. That means, the tablets dissolve a lot quicker from the falling water than being slowly dissolved.I have placed these directly in the path of the shower spray and I would say for me, they lasted about 5 minutes and the aroma was definitely powerful, giving me the soothing menthol vapors. I have placed these in a couple spots that don't get much water, and they barely dissolve.For these to effectively dissolve to release the vapors for "longer lasting," you definitely are going to want to place these in the path of the water stream as the water drains and not in the direct path of the main stream from the shower head (which will again will give you a several minutes at least).I really did enjoy these, but would say "long lasting" is a bit of a stretch, but I guess that's perspective. These do dissolve nicely with no mess to cleanup and have not caused any additional cleaning. Even for just minutes of strong aroma, I would love to have these on hand when needed.

I have sadly been ill for 3 weeks now. I have tried using these in my shower…but they just aren’t potent enough to have any affect when I’m standing in the shower. I have to get down on my hands and knees and put my face directly over it to experience anything.What I ended up doing that worked much better was I put some hot water in my sink and dropped one of these in there like it were a bath bomb….then I leaned over to breathe it all in with a towel over my head to really keep the vapors contained. I actually left the towel over the sink all day and randomly snorted the remaining contained vapors throughout the day. THAT was helpful.So, if tossing one of these in the shower isn’t powerful enough for you…use the sink and grab a thick bath towel to contain the vapors.Also...unless you know that someone is obsessed with stuff like this...please do not give this as a gift or stocking stuffer like the listing title suggests. I have never met a woman that would want to receive this as that kind of gift.

These are very strong but in a clear your sinuses out way, not a give you a headache chemically smelling way. Great to use when you're sick or just want to spice up your routine shower a little bit.

My husband showers and I love baths, so both of us can use these steamers. We tried the menthol steamers this time and I can't wait until we get the peppermint ones.These are all natural and we both love that they are made in the United States.I highly recommend this product.
