I love the fact that this seller personally called me to confirm that my order had been received and was being processed. They were also extremely knowledgeable about how the product should be cared for depending upon the finish you were looking for.The delivery was also scheduled by phone, arrived on time, and was robust in terms of packaging and care.Assembly is a 2-person job and is requires plenty of space and some heavy lifting.The quality is excellent. Thick teak throughout the table and the chairs and really chunky and reassuring. Even the metal ring and cap for the umbrella hole has a weighty brass feel to it. We are delighted with this product.

Looks brilliant in garden. Very solid and the joints all seem to fit.A couple of very small problems assembling the table...the base is hand fitted to the sides, so only fits properly one way, and although there are only 4 screws to fit, the holes are ever so slightly too small for the heads which makes it difficult to know how far they have gone in, so you need to be careful not to overtighten.Cushions are a bit basic, but do the job.Also be aware there is another version, cheaper, with folding chairs.No idea re longevity as only been outside for a couple of weeks.All in all though, absolutely thrilled with size and finish and I thought price was very reasonable considering the feeling of quality.

So far so good but only had a week . Built quality is good and seems a great product will update after a winter to see how it copes
