Q: Will this hard flowers such as iris and daylily? Or fruit plants such as fig and brambles (raspberry, blackberry)?

I sprayed it around bulbs and they were fine. But I sprayed it around ground cover plants & it ruined them.

Q: Does Deadweed Brew kill the roots of weeds it's sprayed on?

Some persistent weeds will need more than one application to kill the roots, but visible plant damage is easily seen within a day.

Q: At full concentration how many sq ft will 32 oz cover?

It kind of depends on how thick and high your weed cover is. I used almost all of the 32-ounce bottle and covered about 50 feet of pathways and a 15 X 20 patio area. You have to apply it pretty heavily but it works! There are a few pesky weeds that try to come back but keep hitting them.
