Bought these for my husband when he decided he was one of The Mad Men. Turning into a bourbon lover and this really makes it!

I really like these trays. The cubes are large and melt slowly as a result. They are smaller than some others trays, but still relatively nice. The secret to getting the cubes out easily is to let them sit on your counter about 60 seconds each. The cubes will pop out like a regular ice tray after that. On the other hand, if you want to build up strength in your fingers and hands, just wrestle the cubes straight out of the freezer. It is amazing what 60 seconds will do to save your hands and blood pressure.

I love products that not only perform as advertised but far exceed my expectations ...yes they are only ice tays,but anyone who travels or drives a truck or RV...knows how important it is to always have ice...not just for convienance but for cost..these trays work great..and with the lids it no worry to fill and forget and that includes driving or moving about.....the cubes are big enough to last a whole day or even longer in any good quality tumbler or jug...I guess why I love them so much is that I suffered with small fragile trays with no lids for years that broke and spilled until I found these...and that's another thing..these can't crack or break....

This ice cube tray is much better than the rigid tray I had before, which made it impossible to release the cubes. I still have to run it under water to loosen the cubes, but it's much easier to push them out. Drawbacks are that when filled with liquid, the trays are not rigid, so it must be placed on a flat surface in the freezer. Also, cover does not snap on and basically just rests on top.

I love the size of these ice cubes, but the top does not stay on and you have to be very careful when placing in freezer so that the water doesn't spill out. Other than that, the product is pretty good. I have to run water on the silicone to release the cubes.

I bought these trays with lids to freeze homemade broth in larger-than-normal ice cubes, so I could deglaze pans with the perfect amount of liquid. Unfortunately, the lids might be useful for stacking, but they do not actually “close” the tray, and always pop up and expose my broth to the freezer. The lids are basically like laying a floppy silicone sheet over the tray. Now I just keep the broth cubes in a ziplock bag. The lids are pointless and I could’ve saved money by not seeking them out.

Trays make nice sized ice cubes, but they are hard to get out. You need to let them sit out for a bit or run a lot of water over them and still have to fight to get ice cubes out.

I like the size of these ice cubes but they are difficult to remove from tray. I also like the lid which is why I purchased them.
