This book is very well written and can suit all types of cooks from beginner to advanced. I've enjoyed the twist on traditional Japanese recipes and found them easier to cook due to the choice of ingredients. Highly recommended

Wonderful mouth watering book.Only arrived 2 hours ago, I’ve had a quick look through & I’ve done nothing to salivate. I can’t wait for shops to open after Christmas.I treated myself to this & I don’t expect that I will get a better present tomorrow 😋😋😋

Beautiful book, containing interesting recipes. Will use a fair few either as written or for inspiration.
