I purchased this bra for everyday use and working out in. I'm big-busted, a double D and have difficulty finding bras that provide support/ lift - I'm 53- while looking attractive at the same time. For the last five years I've used New Balance's Shockingly Unshocking Sports Bra, whose support I love so much I used them as everyday bras, however they are itchy and have pronounced seams so it was obvious I was wearing a sports bra. I've been on a mission to find a bra that works- all of those Instagram ads sucked me in and I'm ashamed at how much money I've wasted on bras that are comfortable but don't support, or seem supportive but don't have adjustable straps, or have detachable insert cups that wrinkle and fall out. I feel like this bra fits my needs in so many ways- it is very well made, breathable, provides excellent support and hold while being soft and comfortable. The padding is sewn in- which I prefer- and the seams are off to the side and don't show under clothing. The only drawback I would say is that this bra does not have adjustable straps. Thankfully, I was able to pull the back down and it stays, giving me a more customized fit and hold. No sagging or bouncing. I bought a second one and will probably buy a few more. This has become my new go-to bra.

This bra is amazing! So do yourself and your workout a favor and get one! Secures the girls so there is no bounce while jump roping, really comfortable, doesn’t ride up or cut into your sides when doing pull ups, and washes well.

It is a nice fitting sports bra, but I wouldn’t say for high impact. Used it on a run and the padding moved constantly and I had a lot of back strain after that run from poor bra support. Otherwise it is a nice functional bra that is flattering on the chest for everyday wear in my opinion.

Only thing I regret about this purchase is that I didn’t buy more while they were on sale! Very comfortable, well made and great support. Lifts and separates while holding the girls in place while I work. I hope these go on sale again. I will buy 5 more.

These bras (I have two) have great support and are flattering. I do high-intensity workouts and am a 34B and they hold the girls in well without squeezing. I love the sewn-in pads as well.UNFORTUNATELY, the fabric holds in sweat and odor like crazy. I have never been very smelly when I sweat, but noticed a recent difference and soon figured out it was the bras. This will lead to having to wash them more frequently, which is a bummer for longevity of the bras.

Great sport’s bra, fits well, comfortable and affordable. I will definitely buy again.

I have such a hard time finding bra's....especially sports bra's. How many of us have dislocated a shoulder trying to get one on or off? But this one....this brand, Running Girl, is pretty damn good. I think I will get another one. Very supportive, and mostly, very comfortable while doing so.

Be sure to order a size up or even two sizes up. This sports bra is extremely comfortable and great quality -- highly recommend, I did have to send it back and reorder a size up -- after ordering a size up from the reviews. They do run small, however such great quality (and comfort), I know I want this sports bra.
