This is a wonderful product for the price. I had e fever yesterday that came with the worst, throbbing, aching migrane that lasted me a little over 24 hours. Anyway, I'm glad this product was availabe for same day delivery. It soothed my headache immediately and helped me sleep. ONLY CON: this will not stay cold for over 30 mins. You might want to buy a second one to keep on rotation.

Its adjustable to your head. I suffer from chronic migraines and this this!! OMG this came in just in time. I had a migraine slowly creeping and i had put this is my freezer for 8 hours. Did my routine of getting myself ready to lay down with MANY pillows. Put this on and not ONCE did i have to go to the sink to resoak to make it cold again. It helped so much!!! No light came through. The gel on the sides and the front stayed VERY cold for almost 2 hours. I came back after my migraine a completely different person HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Picked the head band for the price. It looked like others & had decent reviews. It works okay for hot & cold but not great. The gel pack inside thaws after about 20 min & it doesn’t hold heat for very long either. A decent alternative to holding a bag of frozen veggies to your head. Might be worth buying two to alternate.Updating: Would recommend an alternative. After using for longer than a year, I would say it doesn’t get cold enough even after a long freeze & after about 10 minutes, the pack has melted & is soft again. I’m looking for something better.

I love this flexible ice pack and suffer from nerve pain and migraines. Finding ice packs that are easy to use and safe for extended use has been a challenge. I love the design and quality though I wear it as a neck band or head band when I’m not lying down.

Okay product. Did not hold cold temps longer than 10 min. Purchased two of these to use intermittently for migraine therapy. Soft material w gel. Velcro gets “stuck” in hair which becomes a challenge.

You can use it many ways and it stays cold ( from freezer) a long time.

Perfect weight and stays in place! Due to thicker headband it stays in place better when sleeping

The fit is a little awkward but since the Velcro options are limited this is a sturdy, easy comfortable option. Velcro holds well, doesn’t leak or sweat

I've used it both in the fridge and freezer. Easier to use from the fridge because it isnt as stiff but it stays colder from the freezer. Both ways work well. I love that it wraps around your head with adjustable velcro. The pressure is nice with a migraine and the way it covers your eyes is helpful with light sensitivity. I loved it so much I bought a second one for my mom.

Thought the band is small, it is great for having a quick meditation feel or getting your head/eyes cool in this Summer. Feels like you are in an AC room.

Love this head band, it doesn't freeze up , easy to put on the face, It has definitely helped me. It helps relive the pressure on my temples and eyes. I will recommend this to people who often get headaches like me. On non pain days too, its nice to wrap it around for eye relaxation. It comes with a bag which can be placed in the freezer to avoid food smell getting into it.

I will put it as simply as I can - “It doesn’t”!!! Please don’t raise expectation of people who are terrible suffering from migraine and make money out of it. This type of promotion should be immediately banned. I don’t know how so many people gave it such good reviews. It doesn’t work!!! Overpriced/Doesn’t work. Humble suggestion to other users please don’t raise bar of your expectations.

It is great for sleeping with and very adjustable and comfy but it doesn’t stay cold for very long.
