First, let me say that I am accustomed to old, big, well-behaved dogs, but life brought me a hyper, 1yo Silky Terrier who acts like a cross between a Greyhound and a mule. At the merest hint of a squirrel or a deer (we live in the country), he tries to pull me off my feet. Every day for the past two months, he has awakened me at daybreak and we put on his “coat” (that is, this harness), and we have the first walk of the day. He runs; he pulls; I pull him back from chasing another dog; he wraps himself around a tree. This harness has been through it all and still does the job it needs to do. The double closure of Velcro and snap buckle holds him in securely, even on those mornings when I miss getting one of his legs in the right opening. He wears his “coat” all day until I take it off at bedtime. However, the stress he puts it under has twice ripped the seam around the leg holes where the non-stretchy binding is on the stretchy material of the halter. I’ve just hand sewn it back down and it still works fine. So, I’m pleased with it and plan to buy another one when this one becomes unusable.

The xs was still a little big for my 6 lb. Yorkie, but with his sweater on it fits great!

Great product, I purchased this as our dog outgrew his, same product this time I ordered a Large. When the harness arrived it was a large but maybe a large for a cat. Can't return this product so I'm not sure what I'll do with it.I'm a bit hesitant on trying to buy one again just due to not wanting to be stuck with another one that is too small.

Bought an XXS for our 4-month Old Wirehaired Mini Dachshund and it fits like a glove. This harness is very well made, and the dog seems to really like and feel secure in it. As he grows, I will definitely order the next size up if this same harness. Quality is terrific.

Bought a large size harness along with the leash for my friend's Corgi's Christmas/birthday. Products are nicely packed and felt pretty durable. I also tried it on my cat (he's a big DMH) and it fit him pretty well. I hope they have larger sizes available in the future.

High quality beautiful color however runs small. Bought large for a 10 month old basset hound that is built small and slim and still did not fit she wears medium sweaters.
