I am so happy with this set - Couldn't be more pleased with the quality it's a bargain for the price. Similar priced furniture I found had thin cushions and were really small overall. This one is a decent size and has really thick good quality cushions!! The cushions are amazing! Furniture set arrived and I had it up by myself in a couple of hours. Definitely use a proper spanner and Alan key though not the tiny ones that come with it.

Don’t buy anything through MHStar, unless you want to deal with extremely poor customer services that lie to Amazon when you ask them to step in when you aren’t getting anywhere with them, despite having proof that MHSTAR are liars(emails and conversation threads), Amazon couldn’t be bothered in investigate, so don’t count on Amazon being helpful either with them. It says a lot when MHStar don’t have a contact us on their own website, it’s because they don’t want to know. Should have seen that as an alarm bell before placing a replacement order. Didn’t get what I ordered & now waiting 2 weeks for 2 refunds, as ordered a 2nd one at a cheaper price (£294.99, so if you are still eager to dip your toe in with this awful company, don’t pay more). That’s if they are being quick according to another review complaining about these charlatans being slow on refunds. Don’t bother with them & order the set through someone else, to have peace of mind.

Ok so just had this dropped off! Haven’t actually opened it yet but afew things you should know before you get delivery …1) when people say it’s flat packed they actually mean it comes in two boxes each of which you could fit 3 grown adults in and each of which weigh about as much as 3 grown adults!2) comes on a pallet and delivery company won’t help bring the items indoors take the pallet away and each box is a two man lift. (I live on my own on 3rd floor but luckily have a lift) and had I known I would have arranged help.3) delivery company didn’t even have a Stanley knife to cut the boxes off the pallet (don’t think I’ve ever know a company who deliver items on pallets not have a knife handy! But there you go)In the delivery guys defence if they aren’t paid to help then ok and he was on his own … but did have a pump truck which would have made things a lot easier!Also I now have a large pallet! Something I’ve always wanted! I’m not sure how I survived without one to this point in my life but sadly I need to get rid of it as it’s abit to rustic and doesn’t go with the rest of my furniture!

Took some time to assemble but I did it on my own and I’m 71 so it’s not difficult. It’s comfortable although the back cushions move a bit so I might get some Velcro to secure them in place. Prompt delivery on a pallet. I was lucky to get it because have looke in several places many of them were a 12 week waiting list . Happy withe quality and good value for the money

Definitely recommend this garden furniture.

Garden furniture didn’t arrive on the specified date or the following days and their non existent customer service still hasn’t refunded the amount paid after 2 weeks despite at least 5 chase up calls and emails. Hopeless and clueless level of customer service, I’m surprised Outsunny and the other brands work with them given how poor they are.
