Perfect match to all of our other pups ornament.
We lost our old dog this year and wanted to get him a matching ornament like our other pups have on the tree. The site we used in past did not offer it so did a search and found it here and not only is it a perfect match but they will put his name on it so it looks great on the tree. Kids and grandkids all loved seeing him on the tree.

Very sweet ornament
I bought this in memory of my dog, Max. I have his picture in it, hanging on our Christmas tree. A very nice ornament. Not cheap looking at all.

I personally did not have the same experience as most. Mine looked beautiful and the person who received it cried. I had a little trouble getting the photo to fit but I figured it out.

Even though this showed up after Christmas, I really do love this ornament.This was perfect to gift to my partner. They are very pleased. I cannot blame the seller or usps. 2020 was a crazy awful year.Thank you for this ornament!

It was pretty but....
It was a pretty ornament but the back fell off as I was trying to put picture in the ornaments and I ended up having to glue it back together. Like the back actually disintegrated into my hand.

Don't order from this seller
I order this for my mother who's dog Chance just passed away. Not only do I feel like it isn't the same as the pic they show. It is also very poor quality and has a chip on it. Since the name was sloppily hand painted on I am sure they noticed this before shipping it. I contacted the seller to return and was told to add pic. When I told them there was no option to send a pic they basically told me to try again. I asked if I could send through email and they told me that wasn't allowed. No other option given. They could let me return it and not give the credit until they could inspect it. But that isn't offered. This is the first review I have ever posted telling people not to order something. But this has really upset me. I just wanted something for m1y mom and alls I got was a big hassle. Would not recommend to anyone.

Disappointing!
This frame is tiny and completely fell apart when I tried putting the picture in. Very little view window. I had to glue all parts back together. The name is hand written which I could have done myself. Very disappointed!
