Gave Some Relief
I got this pad because I like to try natural remedies. I put it in the freezer for the recommended two hours, but it felt way too cold, so I let it warm up a bit and then put it on. For something that feels quite heavy, it was comfortable, and it is better than having a bag of frozen peas on your head.It was big enough to cover my cheeks, eyes, forehead and the top of my head. The fit was snug, but comfortable, and it was relaxing to have the light blocked out. After chilling (pardon the pun) for about half an hour, my headache hadn’t gone. However, I had some relief. I haven’t tried it hot, but am giving a big thumbs up to using it as an ice cap.My takeaway…This is a useful product to have in your first aid box.

Great for cooling and soothing
This cap is super cold and comfy. It doesn't take long to get cold in the freezer and is very soothing. The cap is a thick material that feels very high quality and will stretch to fit the head.

Feels very pleasant to wear
When this mask arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it, it arrives in a recloseable cardboard box with the mask inside enclosed in a zipped thick plastic storage pouch, you also get a hard copy of the instructions, and a QR code printed on the box also takes you to the instructions if you prefer to do it that way.The mask feels heavier than I'd expected, but also quite cool to the touch. When I tried it on it felt surprisingly pleasant and relaxing, as it completely shuts out any light, cools down the whole head area very quickly, and noticeably lowers the volume of the noise around you.As a migraine relief product I am hopeful that it will be beneficial, so it will be staying in the first aid box until its needed.Overall due to the quality of the product, and due to how comfortable it felt when it was worn, I am happy to recommend it.

Looks like it could be a good idea.
I never thought I would say I need a headache Ha! Ha! 🥴🙃 But having invested in this hopefully I won’t need it for a good while. Initially my thoughts are it’s heavy! But trying it on it does block out light and feels very comforting and comfortable. Just the right feeling for when the dreaded migraines come. I am not sure about the freezing and then applying. I think I will prefer it to be just cold. If warmth is preferred you can heat it for 60 seconds in the microwave. I like that it covers the eyes and ears so a real retreat from the noise and light and a good aid to relaxation. So hopefully it will be a good aid for the rough days.

Head wrap
Having used the small cooling gel strips, its good to have something to cover a larger area, with a squidgy feel to it so should mould nicely to the shape of the face and head. Definitely has some cooling properties even without putting it in the freezer as suggested, but won't be able to tell how effective it is until its really needed. Being the size that it is, can be pulled down over the back of the neck where blood vessels are located. Something like this won't stop a migraine on its own, but could be useful in providing some relief in combination with other treatment options.
