I’m 62 and this is helping!!
I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia and my doctor recommended that I work on strengthening my legs and hips. He suggested stairs whenever I can. I live in a single story house! I thought I’d give this box a try. It was pretty easy to assemble. It’s quite sturdy too. I turn on some music or the TV and I step on and off the box. I live way out in the country so a gym membership is out of the question. I’veBeen using this for about 6 weeks. My hip pain is gone. This is working.

Get to steppin!!
These steps are very, very important to my daily training. They were easy to assemble and the color is awesome. I use these steps as a seat for seated cable rolls, lap, pull downs and as well as pull-ups and deficit training with an Olympic bar.

The delivery was very quick. Assembly is straight forward. The result is a very sturdy workout platform that I use daily.

Not level…rocks
Although self evident, instructions do not indicate that you should leave the legs somewhat loose prior to placing the base on. I had to literally use my legs to pry the legs apart from the corners in order for the base to fit. Once on, the big eye opener was that the legs do not fit flush with the base, forcing the weight to directly land on the bolts. I believe over time, this could present a problem. Lastly, setting the step upright…it rocks. This could resolve itself after some heavy usage. The unit is heavy duty, which was a nice surprise, but I remain at 3 stars, as the company needs to adjust their placement of bolt holes to line up flush and actually add text to their “instructions” for less frustrating installation experience!
