It is adorned with a turquoise hand-tied bow and sparkly rhinestone. It measures about 1 1/2" wide. It is professionally finished in a French seam so there are no raw edges and the ribbons have been sealed to prevent fraying. This garter is handmade by me using licensed fabric.
