I have been using this product for a long time.. it's the perfect dose of a melatonin for a nice, relaxed sleep.. and you get a dose of collagen which works while u sleep.

Causing me to have uninterrupted sleep for the first time in a long time. Very happy.

I've used this product several times and always add it to milk warmed up in the microwave. It dissolves beautifully. I don't feel the effects necessarily overtly every time I've used it but there have been several times when I've been laying in bed reading and I can feel the relaxation kick in. I feel that this is a good product and I like that you can adjust the dosing for what you need. There has been two nights when I think I've taken too much into my milk and my legs get very antsy, like I can't lay still. But I did notice that that happened when I took super sleep as well. So I think it's just a matter of me reducing down the amount of collagen with melatonin that I'm adding into the milk. It's a great product and it wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

I tried a sample of this from the company’s pop up booth at an event and I was immediately sold, I had to get a full container!Tips: use SPARINGLY, don’t use melatonin every night, save it for when you really need it.I’ve mixed this in my smoothies & teas. There is a slight taste difference in my tea but it’s really not a dealbreaker at all, you get used to it as it’s subtle.

I was skeptical about this product, but having taken these half a dozen times now, each time my deep sleep has improved, I know this because I wear an Oura ring and my deep sleep has gone from 5-7 minutes to 35-40 minutes, so I am delighted that it working. I take it with a cup of green tea around 7:30pm it does alter the taste of the tea, but after the first couple of mouthfuls you get used to it. I would like to take it every night but I am a regular imminent faster and I'm not sure if this would break my fast.
