Good quality item.
It worked well, it’s drillable, screwable and paintable with some light sanding. Much cheaper than wood, and indistinguishable when painted.

Replacement for one the broke
One of my post toppers broke off (I tend to hold the ball as I go down my front stoop). The one that broke is over 10 years old, so I know this one will be just as sturdy. All I had to do is use the recommended adhesive to secure the new one in place and voile good as new.

Fit my vinyl stair rail post perfectly!
Noticed one of the rail caps on our outside stair rail had broken and fallen off a few weeks ago. Measured & purchased 2 of these so I can keep the 2 caps the same (and hard to tell online if it's the exact same as the ones we have). They arived quickly, once the weather was over 50 degrees for glue they were installed in just a few minutes with some of the tough outdoor glue we used for other outdoor things. They look great, seem to be a very good replacement & I'm glad I bought 2 so the opposite posts match. They are a tiny bit different from the ones further back, but not drastically different. Thank you for your good product&quick delivery! Can't tell about stamina yet, but they look great!
