The battery malfunctioned shortly after receiving the board, but the company promptly sent a replacement battery at no charge and the board works fine now. It's a nice board. Pleased with the company's responsiveness.

This was a fair priced board I thought I'd give a shot. After riding MAYBE 4 or 5 times within a single month the battery at full charge couldn't even take me a mile. Since it was barely beyond the 30 day return period I got issued a refund less than what I originally paid. RIP OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Spend a little more and get a much better quality battery. I won't disagree with the fact that it's sturdy and fairly quick for the price, but it WILL NOT LAST. Luckily they refunded my full purchase price.

After 8 months of light use I have found this electric skateboard to be powerful, have a long battery life and a lot of fun! There are 3 speed settings on the remote: low, medium and high. I usually cruise around my neighborhood at medium but if I’m feeling adventurous I’ll switch to high. I’ve recorded 19 mph at this setting! The battery life hasn’t been a problem at all. I rarely charge it and when I do it charges fast. The board is flexible and the wheels don’t get hung up on rocks easily, a HUGE plus! Highly recommend this skateboard to anyone.

I owned my board for 30 days and the battery burnt out, had to return it after riding it four times. At full speed the board last about a mile and on low speed it can take you about 4. Do not buy this board it truly is a waste of time and money buy a reputable brand instead.

I bought this board to go to and from work. I can go over 10 miles without a charge. The different speeds make it even more fun after you get used to it. I recommend a skateboard for all ages.

The battery lasted a month and a week and had to get a refund. Be careful. Still a great board just needs to be tweaked.

3 years and over 1500 miles later and this board still intact and moving. It has seen quite a bit of abuse but it's durable construction has kept it alive. Customer service was great the one time I had to contact them but the quality has really kept me from needing to contact them. Having said that, the board is ready for some replacement parts but it's 100% due to amount of miles, how I treated it and the poor quality roads I've ridden on. So if the parts/service department can direct me to where I can purchase tires.
