Great product looks like the movie original

Didn't experience any of the bad reviews I read before I bought it. Paid $109.00 and 20 something for shipping here. Totally worth it.I just wish people would be more forthcoming on the reviews.I got the stand and ordered a 12 in x 12 in display case and light.Once set up all you need to steal it, is the bag of sand. Careful better be good at guesstimating the weight required.

I purchased this to sit on our fireplace mantle in our man cave. It looks absolutely stellar sitting up there with our full-size T-51b power armor helmet and staff of Ra headpiece. It's heavy, very well-made, and doesn't have any of the tell-tale features of the cheaper knock-offs (hairline, down-turned smile, etc.). If you're in the market for replica Raiders memorabilia, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this!

Overall this was a decent item at a decent price. My only nitpicks are that the golden paint job does not completely make it into some of the more detailed cracks and crevices, causing the gray undercoating to be visible in some spots. Also, the gold paint job of this item is a little too shiny/reflective as to what would be movie accurate with a little more dull golden appearance. But still a very cool piece and I'm pretty happy with it.

Prior to purchasing I read all of the Amazon reviews for this and other idols and decided on this one. Got mine and I'm very happy with it. Has some heft, is gold-like shiny, and looks great sitting on the separate stand. Like someone else stated in his review, I'm waiting for René Belloq to come and try to take it. LOL!

It’s heavy and seems like fair value for the money, but the details are a little wonky. The head is off-center, in that it “twists” to the left slightly, such that you aren’t facing it straight on. Also, it’s tippy and doesn’t stand up on its own. You may have to add some padding to the bottom to make it stable. It’s just ok.
