Lovely bit of kit, really well made. Operates smoothly and looks great. Highly recommend.

There is a design flaw in the computer/sensor which means that the stroke count is way off. This affects all the metrics which reduces the computer to nothing more than a stop watch. For the cost of this you'd be better off going with an establish brand like Concept 2 model D (top machine and for roughly the same price)I've been waiting for over 2 months for this to be collected from my house. It's in the original crate which is huge and is a massive inconvenience. Communication is terrible, they only do something when you chase them.

This looks great. The wooden appearance of it suggests it belongs in a conservatory or similar. The rowing action is also good however...Build quality is poor. In my experience, the row strokes per minute sensor was not fitted correctly. After some very slow contact with the manufacturer, I was able to correct this, but the sensor still doesn’t work. After 5 days I’m still waiting for another suggestion from the manufacturer. This leads me on to the next problem. Customer support seems to be handled by a third party. I suspect this third party is based in China based upon the time of day and email account they respond from. The manufacturer claims they’re based in the uk so this is odd. The result is that replies can take at least two days and, in my experience, takes a lot more.Finally, the app advertised with the product is a third party app with a 14 dat trial period. This is not mentioned anywhere in the Amazon sales page. Very misleading. Go and buy a concept 2. I know the waiting list is long but you won’t regret it.

I purchased the rower in December and started the process to return the rower because it is faulty. The currier who delivered the rower took away the wooden box and Bluefin will not accept the return without the wooden box, even though it is not my fault the rower is faulty. After over 30 emails with the App company and the many emails with Bluefin, they have given up trying to resolve the issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive item that Bluefin should collect. Very disappointing given that I purchased this rower over the WaterRower brand because I thought buying from a local business is the better choice - how very wrong was I.Don’t buy the rower because it’s not that great compared with other water rowers on the market, the App and connectivity isn’t great - and unfortunately the service from Bluefin is a complete disappointment.

It's a nice rower and after quite a performance getting it unpackaged and set up it rows nicely. Problem is the water. I've tried, filtered, boiled, distilled and a ton of chlorine and the water is brown, filthy and stinks. I'm permanently emptying it which is difficult given the position of the hole in the tank and now to add to my problems the pump has broken!

Apart from this being easy to assemble and sturdiness. I am disappointed so far in the lack of instructions on how to use the monitor and connecting it via Bluetooth to my phone.So far I am quite dissatisfied with the lack of support and instructions on how to get good use of my new piece of equipment.

Bellissimo design, ottimo materiale tempi di consegna un po' lunghi ma vale davvero la pena aspettare.....lo utilizziamo da circa un mese e i risultati sono ben visibili.

Das Rudergerät wurde pünktlich und wie geplant geliefert. Der Fahrer hat sogar kurz vorher angerufen.Das Gerät war gut verpackt, in einer Holzkiste und jir Styropor eingekleidet.Der Aufbau war einfach, gute Erklärungen in der Gebrauchsanweisung und alles was man braucht dazu, war dabei. Wie auch in der Gebrauchssanweisung erwähnt, mussten wir alle Schrauben nochmal nachziehen, da sie nicht ganz fest waren. Mitgeliefert wurde auch die Pmnpe zum Wasserauffüllen. Die muss man zuerst aufladen, dann funkioniert die aber ganz gut, schon praktisch. Das Loch zum Auffüllen ist schwierig aufzumachen und wieder zu schliessen, da es an einer ungünstigen Stelle ist.Im Lieferunfang ist dann noch der Brustgurt. habe ihn 1x probiert, hat nicht funktioniert, ich habe wahrscheinlech etwas falsch gemacht. Da ich ihn nicht benutzen werden, werde ich mich auh weiter nicht damit beschäftigen.Chlortablette war leider keine dabei,Die App Kinomap habe ich mir runtergeladen. Die Testversioun kann man 14 Tage benutzen, danach kaufen. werde ich aber nicht tun. Ich benutze meine Smartwatch, die mir alles anzeigt was ich eigentlich brauche.Den Griff hat man sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr agreabel. Das "Ziehen" ist fliessend, die Geräusche vom Wasser finde ich nicht zulaut, ich geniesse es eher.Das Zusammenklappen / Aufklappen muss ich noch ein bisschen üben, trotzdem ganz praktisch und unkompliziert.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mir dem Kauf, das Gerät ist stabil und sieht auch noch gut aus.

Relación calidad precio es perfecta entendiendo el coste de la máquina, 99 por cien positivo excepto…Lo de que kinomap viene integrado es un timo, cierto que viene un qr y que descargas la App, pero de integrada nada, son 14 días de prueba y a pasar por caja, algo que no haré, pero lo Justo hubiesen sido varios meses de prueba, ya que se entiende que al llevar un qr y el logo integrado, esa publi la han cobrado si o si.No he contactado con ellos pero entiendo que hoy en día deben responder por que se la juegan.Consejo, apretad bien los tornillos y tuercas porque vienen bastante flojos, cosa normal, excepto el banco para deslizarte, el resto viene montado en un embalaje espectacular y muy bien protegido.La controladora que lleva es más que suficiente y permite hacer buen seguimiento de recorrido y ejercicio, no veo necesario una App a no ser que te la regalen por un tiempo y quieras seguir con ella pagando.El vaciador y llenador viene en el pack pero es una castaña que te pone nervioso, recomiendo bidón de agua mineral y un embudo a la vieja usanza, para vaciarlo ya veremos, pero es desesperante que el tubo se salga solo de respirar a su lado.Al accesorio para tablet y móvil perfecto aunque no lo he usado pero es robusto, el pulsometro para el abdomen va bastante bien, lo mido al unísono con apple watch y miden lo mismo, lleva pilas integradas.No vienen las pastillas para el agua ya que la política internacional no lo permite, pero sin embargo lo compras y te lo envían… absurdo este punto.Y ya hablando de la máquina en si, perfecta, compacta, desliza muy bien, la cinta es fuerte y bien tensa, el mango es suave y ergonómico, el recorrido es más que suficiente para mi 1’90 y sobran unos 15 cm hasta el tope.El sonido es muy relajante, mucho más que el de los otros tipos de máquinas, tiene regulador de resistencia y me encanta que apenas solo lleve un componente eléctrico que funciona a pilas, el resto, tú decides, regulas resistencia y cadencia para más intensidad o lo tomas suave y a quemar stress.En mi caso, 30 minutos diarios después de correr unos 8/10km es el complemento ideal para ganar resistencia, tonificar y estar en forma a mis 50 años.Totalmente recomendable como inversión, se pliega sobre si mismo, con las ruedas lo transportas perfectamente y a llevarlo fe un lado a otro.

Presque parfait. Commandé à 999€, le prix passe à 899€ 2 jours après réception. Pour gagner 100€ il faudrait renvoyer et recommander le même rameur dont je n'ai pas garder la caisse très encombrante. Gros travail pour Amazone et moi, coût de transport supplémentaire pour Amazon. Et pourtant, pas moyen de discuter et trouver un compromis, comme remboursement de 50% de la différence, même pour un client fidèle d'Amazon.Sinon excellent produit., même si:-le bouchon de remplissage est difficile d'accès.-le compteur annonçant de 2 à 4 coups de rame à chaque passage, résolu en déplaçant légèrement la sonde reliée au compteur.-impossibilité de vider complètement la deuxième cuve, la pompe n'ayant accès qu'à la première. Pas de procédure dans le manuel. Je vais essayer de contacter l'assistance.Conclusion: semble solide, très agréable à utiliser et en plus il est beau (à 999€), je pense qu'il serait encore plus beau à 899€.
