Despicable Me Minions Inflatable Armbands

Too big for my 3yo. Had to superglue a flap on them so they would stay on rather than just floating away. Made me wonder who they’re made for as any child older / bigger than 5 or 6 wouldn’t need armbands? They fitted my arms with room to spare
