Would have liked specific measurements in product description, rather than general M, XL etc descriptors. Had to spend time going through previous user reports to be able to make a guess at what might be appropriate. Result is a little too large but not fatally so. Trousers convenient to put on and perform especially well for breathability. Some form of ankle-tie, eg Velcro, would be useful. Roll up very compactly. Overall, seems likely to be a very good buy.

I like them. I ordered the wrong size but in the parcel was a return postage and note to say if the size is wrong I can return and re-order for the correct size. I did that, and got the perfect pair back - no extra postage!! Also, they are totally waterproof in rain showers on my scooter, and comfortable. The back elastic is sewn in, the front elastic cord is adjustable but not very strong so the waist measure must be good too. Don't leave much extra room at all for trousers underneath, they stretch enough as it is. There is no elastic round the ankles, which has advantages (can put leg in with shoe on carefully) as well as disadvantages (if a little too long, can get trodden on) (not sure if rain dripping off is helped or hindered)

Haven't tried these out yet (Iceland trip next week!) but they're definitely big enough to go over my normal trousers. I'm a lady but 6'2 so had to get the mens' one to be long enough. They are very big in the leg, but I really don't mind it. There's no through-pocket, but I guess that keeps it super watertight.

Up to the knee zips simplify getting these on when that unexpected downpour arrives. Waterproof and breathable.

I wore these yesterday to cycle to work. It's a 25 min ride, and it was raining the whole time. When I got to work I took these trousers off and my crotch (!!!) area was soaked. It looked like I had an accident. So embarrassing, and uncomfortable! Won't be wearing again to cycle. Might be OK just for walking.

Good product which has kept my lower half dry in the heaviest rain. Easy to get on and off even with shoes/boots on. Slightly large, yes, but this is preferable as it has to go over other clothing. Has an elasticated waist with a draw string to tighten.
