My wife loves it
I dislike nothing about this bag. I bought this as a part of my wife’s birthday gifts. It’s always hard to find her a good gift, but we call her bag lady because of all the bags she can’t help herself carrying. Well, regardless of the presents she received for her birthday, it’s the bag she uses the most. I’m assuming it’s the boss lady thing, but she has been using this bag for a while now. It hasn’t broken, has been durable and she loves this bag! (I’m trying to figure out if it’s the bag or me calling her the boss- maybe a big mistake on my part). So kudos to a bag that somehow makes her happy.

Despite being smaller than expected, this seems a suitable size. She can fit files in it and uses it to haul paperwork between businesses. It is well made and durable. Easy to clean. Overall, a very good product that makes for a great gift.
