720 Haircuts is not just for select businesses. I am a Principal of an elementary school, and I used Gary Magenta's book to kick off my school year and motivate my teachers. After all, our students and parents are our customers, and we want to provide the best possible experience for them to want to return to school each day. My staff enjoyed Gary's Youtube intro to the book, and now will be mindful of each interaction that they have with our students and parents. I recommended this book to all educators as we sometimes forget that our students are our best customers, and we need to focus on making them comfortable and happy !! Thank you, Gary, for providing this great opportunity for a great school year.

I found this book to be both humorous and insightful. Gary helped lead a customer experience transformation effort at my company and we have deployed many of the suggestions in this book with terrific results. I particularly liked the "Try this" section at the end of each chapter. Gary is passionate about excellent customer experience and has a broad array of experience to draw upon with best-in-class companies. I highly recommend this book for people who want to differentiate themselves in the market.

Great teaching tool for employees
This book is amazing. Describes a clear path for creating a customer experience that creates loyalty. In today’s environment, loyalty is most important, and most people still value service over price. Coming from a medical background, most medical/dental offices have eroded the customer experience and insurance has dictated the patient experience. This book will help train my team to deliver the best medical/ dental experience possible through creating a culture of care, convenience, and quality. Thanks Gary!

Easy Application From Knowledge Gained/Reinforced
Following a seminar where Gary spoke to a group of my business partners, I acquired this book. I found it to be an easy read and enjoyed the bullet points following each chapter. I took each of the bullet points and laid them out for my team on one page. One at a time, we read aloud each statement but replaced the word "customer" with a more specific title for our particular business. For example, one statement read, "Identify the areas in your customer experience that can be personalized to customers today." We replaced the word customer with our more appropriate title and I saw the figurative light bulbs illuminating. This is a great read for a manager looking to inspire a team to deliver a more personalized customer experience.
