Very basic
One of the recipes is avocado on toast. There is a handful of recipes that seem ok like lentil soup. The first part is touches on bluezones and what their diet mainly consists of (plant based, no refined sugar ect). But the recipes are quite basic. Disappointed popular ikarian minestrone dish isn’t in the recipe. If your very new to cooking it could be helpful
