..the handbag was delivered and I am stunned at how beautiful, seemingly made w durable materials and practically useful it is, holding everything but the kitchen sink in it. While I still don't understand what happened with the discount, it is no longer an issue for me, my check came early so im not broke lol and honestly the fantastic quality of this handbag has totally made the $5 and change (the missing 20% discount i calculated before tax before ordering) totally irrelevant. The bag is that good!!! I'm very very satisfied with my purchase and plan to copy parts of this for a very positive review for this high quality, beautiful, convertible bag. Customer service was very nice, which is always a plus! Overall.... 5 stars! I would and will definitely buy from this impressive company again. I am a disabled lady with many physical problems, I found this bag to be very lightweight, love the look, feel and yeah...even a faint smell of leather when I opened the outer protective white bag lol. It has a high dividing wall zippered pocket that IS attached to the center bottom, dividing the inner main pocket into two separate internal sides one with a embellished makers logo zippered pocket and two nicely deep slip pockets on opposite side that won't flip your phone out of pocket because it's not shallow like most other bags. I could go on but I think for a review you get the point. Quit looking and buy this one, save hours of your time looking for the beautiful, practical, just right bag. Great color. Lots of pockets. Can wear as cross body or hand held. Light weight considering all the features.The inside compartment divider is plastic but I think it will hold up well. Zippers are sturdy. ( and I’m usually a Coach. Michael Kors customer).So I am updating this review. Still a great bag, size, color all that just got tired of the stiff feel. Since it’s not leather it doesn’t get softer and the inside pocket feels like a plastic shower curtain. Since I don’t change bags I needed something softer for everyday use. Nothing wrong with the bag. Still recommend for the price and features.

Top quality! Looks nice versatile many compartments! I purchased for my grandson’s girlfriend and she was impressed. She said I had good taste. I would purchase one for myself if I needed a new bag! Nice leather!!

First- this bag will probably be perfect for many people. It just wasn’t what I’m looking for.The 2 biggest issues for me were the strap and the inside material.The small strap is not removable and is stiff. It will get in the way if the long strap is being used. I did try it out around the house with the long strap and couldn’t get past how the small strap was awkward when not being used. I planned to use both the long and short so this will not work for me.The inside is plasticky and does not seem it will hold up to heavy use. The zippers also do not feel sturdy. I’m afraid this would not last more than a couple of months.I am looking for a bag that will withstand heavy use and has straps that flow well. In my opinion it would be better with 2 small straps that fall loosely to the side when the long strap is used.It also has a warning not to have it in the sun. I live in Arizona. I am active and my bag will need to withstand sun. It will be outside and in a car.Again, these are purely my opinion. It’s just not a good fit for me but I can see how it would work for many. I’m not hard on my bags and most last me quite awhile until I’m just ready for a new style. This is the caveat of buying online. You can’t see and feel it.The outside did look and feel nice, so that is a plus If that is your main deciding factor.The storage is excellent. I did like the pockets and size.I do want to add my bag had no odor. I’ve seen that on a few reviews and it was not an issue and I have a very sensitive nose.I also didn’t receive the free gift that the card said was included but that doesn’t change my review as it wasn’t an expectation.I give it 3 stars because it’s not terrible. It’s just not best for my needs.

Good quality for the price. Love the color and versitility of being able to wear it cross body when needed. It fits my laptop (although can't zip when it's in there). Overall very happy with this purchase!

Loved the style. The pockets are perfect for organizing and the purse is big without being too big. The faux leather was too stiff but seems to be softening up some now that I have been using it for a couple of weeks. My only complaint is that the zipper quality is not the best. However, for the price, I feel that it was a good purchase.
