Tasty way to increase dietary fibre
It’s recommended that we have 30g of fibre in our diet per day and a 40g serving of All-Bran can provide 11g of this. This makes it an excellent choice for gut health and also suitable for type 2 diabetics, because of its low carbohydrate load. Although more expensive than supermarket own brands I prefer the taste and texture of All-Bran.

Utterly delicious - although not as healthy as you might think
These taste absolutely delicious and have always been one of my favourite cereals. They have a great crunch to them if you eat them right away, but they do soften if you leave them in the milk a few minutes if you don't like cereal overly crunchy. They're extremely high in fibre due to the use of wheat bran (the healthy bit that get separated from processed white flour) but they're not perhaps completely healthy since they do have a fair bit of added sugar. I'd prefer less sugar ideally, its almost twice as much as you find in many supermarket own-brand bran stick cereals.

So convenient.
I eat a allbran regularly but sometimes have difficulties in getting it, only the major supermarkets stock it. So getting a subscription for a monthly delivery from Amazon is just wonderful, delivered to my door and all at £1 less than the supermarket price. Fabulous.

Lovely taste
I've eaten these cereals everyday for years, and find them good for my tummy troubles. Couldn't get out to get them as I had covid, so good amazon prime brought them to me the next day and they were 25p cheaper than Sainsburys.
