BMW Front Door Lock Actuator Mechanism Left & Right Genuine OE 143/146 (2pcs)

This part fit perfectly in my BMW E90 sedan. The driver lock shorts out (common problem) and this a perfect fit. Has bee working for over a year. For install 1) watch a youtube video. 2) It is a tight fit. 3) The holes for the bolts are not threaded, they receive the threads when you screw the bolts in.4) Install takes time.

Great product. Does not come pre-threaded which was not a problem at all. Doesn't have BMW markings on it so it might not be genuine, but side by side quality wise.

Door lock actuators for bmws are commonly know yo break. Saw it happen 2 times personally and online forums are flooded with this issue. Bought this because there was 2 for the price of one. This works for a lot of different bmws so I'm sure I'll use it eventually. It's not 100% the oem I took out. But I works perfectly.My only minor complaint was the 3 holes for the main bolts weren't threaded. But I was still able to easily and tightly screw on the boltsGreat value would buy again and recommend to others.

Great price to get both driver and passenger side actuators. As another reviewer said, mine didn't come with pre-threaded holes, so I had to force thread them at install. It wasn't difficult, just took some elbow grease. For anyone else doing this, it helps to keep the window all the way up and remove the bottom nut from the window regulator arm closest to the actuator. You can then push the window regulator back to make room for removing the old actuator and installing the new one. be careful to re-attach all connections.All in all, pretty easy DIY and with these parts much cheaper!!

Perfect fit and finish. Great alternative to OEM (although it maybe OEM since it came in a bmw parts box).. Bought both for less than I was quoted for just one side at the local dealer.

My driver side latch keeps failing and the passenger side was on the way out. Dealer wanted a lot for new parts, and then I saw this on Amazon for much less. I took a chance on buying them because I was afraid they were not oem, but when the mechanic saw them they matched exactly what I have on my car, which was a relief. I hope these will last longer than what I had before.

Fastening holes missingthreads. Use the fastening screws to cut the threads, not the right way, but it did the job for me. Cheap made but does the job. Still works 3 months later.
