The box arrived stained, but the filter was wrapped in plastic. Easy to install and fir was good.

This filter replaced mine for my Heater Treater 2.0 filter for my furnace. It was easy to install.

We live in hard water area. Really tough on water heaters. This softener seems to help a lot. Easy install, just twist off the casing, throw out the old cartridge clean the housing, change the O ring (supplied) and in it goes. An easy 5 minute job.

This product was well made and had really good customer service.

This is what happens when you dont change the heater filter for 3 years. Wish i had it changed sooner. Stains in the bath tub is not easy to clean!

no - I don't work for them - I live in a 'supposedly wealthy' neighborhood - water is increasing s$% - used to replace every year - now I do so every 6 months - too lazy to show you a picture - get a real replacement with O-Rings and get a simple strap wrench - you do need to turn the water off and bleed your hot and maybe cold water system down to make the pressure almost zero so your can unscrew your canisterwell you now what to to do .....

I installed a tank-less water heater in my new house primarily for the "on-demand' feature. The house has a water well with very good water, but like most wells, the water contains some dissolved minerals.After one year, the tank-less heater failed. Upon inspection, I found that the heater was entirely clogged with an enormous amount of calcium deposits and a small amount of iron deposits.
