Better water
We have the awfulness tasting water ever, we got this in hopes that the water would be halfway decent anyway. This has made so much of a difference that we are no longer buying bottled water. Its filtration system is so good that it takes all the impurities out of our water. It has increased the flavor of our water 90 percent. Its easy to install and fits nice and neatly under the sink and out of sight. It's a great value for the money and has paid for itself.

The BEST Water We've Had
We built a house last year and the county we live in has water that leaves much to be desired. Sediment build-up and not the best taste are top of the list, but we learned that the water coming out of the well we drilled tests cleaner than the city water we have.I installed a whole-home water filtration system to ensure we were protecting our water lines and fixtures. It helped with the taste of the water, but the taste was still mildly noticeable and got worse as ice melted.We purchased the Deepuro filtration system for our kitchen. I wanted something that provided very clean water for our refrigerator and coffee maker. This system was the PERFECT product.We mounted the system in the base cabinet beneath the coffee maker and used the faucet the provided to fill the coffee water reservoir. We put a T in the water lines provided to also run a line into our refrigerator. This ensures that the ice and water dispensed from it are as clean as it can get.EVERYONE comments how great the water is, and we don't point out or brag about the RO system. I drink a LOT of water each day and before we had this system, I was down to around 32-40 oz/day. With this system in place, I'm back up to a gallon a day. I'd probably drink more but I'd lose momentum with work if any more bathroom breaks happen!I HIGHLY recommend this system. It's easy to set up and does a phenomenal job providing excellent tasting, clean water.

Installation was slightly harder that I thought
Overall, I am happy with the product. It does produce good-tasting water faster than my traditional take system. Our tank failed and left us with a trickle, that is why we searched for a new system. This produces water pretty fast and my daughter fills a 5 gal container to take to college, so a tanked system would take a lot longer than the 5 mins this takes. The reasons for the downgrade:1. Electric required, at first glance no problem because we have an outlet for the garbage disposal. Gotcha, it is only powered when the switch for the garbage disposal is on; thus, no energy to run the pump unless you wanted to run the disposal at the same time. I was able to plug it in to the stove outlet by using a hole saw and routing behind the cabinets.2. The fittings for the supply water didn't really work and all the three-way ones at the hardware store only use 1/4 OD Pex fittings but this is designed for 3/8 OD Pex. I used an adapter but it leaked, then I used another adapter, it leaked. In the end, I used a 1/4 OD Pex and a reducer (technically an increaser to go from 1/4 to 3/8) to the RO machine.

Seemed like a good idea but customer service stopped responding
We received the water purifier and tried installing it immediately but soon realized that it did not come with the advertised connector pieces. Was a bit frustrated to see that the only way to contact customer service was through email. We spent the majority of the next morning searching for a compatible connecting piece at our local hardware stores. Finally found one and was able to hook it up and get it going.Worked well for the first day and then the pump started pulsing every few seconds. Contacted customer service again and finallygot a reply from Charles. He asked me to take a video of the issue, which I did. He told me to try a few things and contact him again if the problem persisted.Well, the problem persisted.I again sent an email and Charles offered to send a new filter. Gave him our address and he said the new filter would be here in 3-5 days.Great!Not.We never received a filter replacement and Charles has since stopped replying to my emails. The pump has since died on the unit and we can’t even use it.We have had it for a little over a month.Very frustrating.Having a “lifetime warranty “ and not being able to access customer service of any kind is beyond annoying.Will be buying from a US based company next time.
