I only received 4 bags of wax when I bought the kit that comes with 5 so I’m missing a bag of wax.

I use the warmer and the wax included all the time. It’s super fast and easy and my skin is always left soft and smooth. I don’t know how I got along without it before. Thank you for a great and reliable product!

I really like the idea of waxing. I love this wax machine but it is so time consuming to do the legs. And the wax doesn’t get all the hairs. The wax feels nice going on as it’s hot, but then pulling it off is quite different. No strips to pull the wax off just pull the hardened wax. It’s not painful to me at all. So overall if you have the time to wax it’s great, and if you have the patience it’s great. I do not have either.

I was so excited about receiving this kit. I stopped shaving a week before. However, to my disappointment the wax barely pulled any hairs. So disappointing.

This wax warmer is nicely built, and the kit comes with everything for waxing. The warmer can get pretty hot, and I can raise the temperature to melt the wax and then lower it to keep the wax warm. The wax is easy to apply and pull off, taking off all of the fine hair. The kit comes with a spatula, applicators for the wax, wax beads, any wax that is melted but does not get used can be reheated.The inner container comes out and can be cleaned. The instructions suggest heating some oil in the wax warmer to let the wax dissolve to clean the kit.
