The instructions recommend taking 2 gummies up to 3 times daily before meals with a full glass of water. In my opinion, it takes extreme dedication and discipline to stick to these instructions, and apparently I do not have that level of either. I will say this - I truly believe in the benefits of apple cider vinegar, and I feel really good about having it daily - I also think this is easier on my tummy than drinking it. I also believe in the benefits of beets and I eat pickled beets on my salads regularly. And of course, who doesn't want the energy boost that Vitamin B12 provides.So, having said all that, I believe that if I could be disciplined enough to take the recommended amounts daily, I would notice a larger difference in how I feel and in my weight. I always eat 2 first thing when I wake up and drink the water along with my other daily meds. I believe it does curb my appetite in the morning because I don't feel hungry really until lunchtime. I may be weird, but I LOVE the flavor of these things and I'm a huge fan of gummy candy so the texture is great with me. I would have never imagined that ACV and sweet gummy would taste good together, but they are strangely addicting.

I've used other acv gummies and these were not very good. I also did not experience ketosis from these. Anyway, there are better out there.

Am I sure this Activboost Keto ACV Gummies work? Not really.First of all I'm not in a keto diet. I do like to monitor what I eat and exercise as often as possible.That said, I already am a great proponent of taking in some real ACV every morning. And I know that works. It suppresses my appetite and it's a great way to start my day. I mix it with juice to soften the harsh taste, and all is good.So when I saw this ACV component of the gummies, I wanted to try them. I took 2 gummies perhaps 2 times a day before main meals. The taste is in the sweet side, and has a decent fruity taste. I believe it to be a good ACV bridge mid day to the morning dosage.If you want to get the real thing without the sugar and such, you'll have to get the pills directly from the ACV OG like Bragg.Otherwise these are an alternative to people that hate pills, and or the taste of ACV in its natural state.You'll have to come to your own conclusion.
